Shipping and Returns Information
House of Fetish delivers to all destinations, Domestic and International. All items in stock will be despatched within two working days of confirmed payment. We endeavour to despatch all orders in full, but in such circumstances that we are unable to comple your order in one shipment, you will be charged only for the freight on the initial shipment. House of Fetish will cover the freight charges on any subsequent shipments from an incomplete order.Due to the boutique and bespoke nature of some of our garments, we can infrequently experience delays. Our suppliers and craftsmen strive to produce your order in the shortest possible time frame; but due to the nature of their respective crafts, we sometimes have to wait 2-4 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.
To ensure your satisfaction, all items placed on backorder for longer than 4 weeks can be cancelled and refunded at the customer's discretion. We request that you contact us at: orders@houseoffetish.com.au to obtain confirmation from us, so this procedure can commence.
Customers within may choose from the following delivery options: *Australia Post - All items are sent registerd and insured to all destinations, Domestic and International. *TNT - Overnight First Class - next day delivery to most Domestic Metropolitan areas. *Global Express - 3-5 day delivery to most International destinations. International customers are responsible for any import taxes, or duties imposed on the shipment upon receipt of the goods.
House of Fetish will happily exchange items if they are incorrect in size, or if the customer has changed their mind. We only offer a refund if the goods are faulty, and our due process (outlined below) is followed.
All returns and refund requests must be initiated within 2 days of receipt of the goods, or 7 days from despatch. Please contact us by email or telephone and we will give you a return authority number. Returned goods must be received within 10 working days of return authority number being issued. Goods must be returned in the condition they were despatched in, in order to be accepted for a return ie: they must be 'as new'.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are UNABLE to exchange or return underwear, latex, hosiery and footwear.
Final decision on returns is at the discretion of management, once we have received and inspected the condition of the item/s. We aim to acheive an outcome which is suitable for both parties.
